WEDDING CEREMONIES
For several years, I have been blessed to facilitate weddings. My participation in performing wedding ceremonies has continued to grow. I believe, because of that fact, that God wants me to serve Him and my brothers and sisters in that capacity.Believing that I am called to serve in this way, I have added this page to publicly offer my ability to facilitate weddings to you.
As I mentioned on the home page, I have a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies, was ordained in 1997 and have served the body of Christ in many ways for many years. I have recently completed the Prepare and Enrich training and am certified to do premarital assessments for couples who are interested. For more information regarding Prepare and Enrich please review their website at Prepare-Enrich.com The assessment and the discussions that are a result of that assessment can be done for couples that have been together for a long time as well as those planning their wedding.
Facilitating weddings is an amazing way to share the love of our Lord, not to mention finding myself in many interesting settings. I have had the privilege to perform ceremonies in such places as a winery, a backyard, a restaurant, a hotel and golf course, a huge wedding center, other states and, of course, several churches.
A typical wedding ceremony starts with my wife and I meeting the couple. I do this to get to know you better and to find out who you are with the purpose of creating a very personalized ceremony for you. I believe that my best effort should be given to you on this special day in the creation of a wedding ceremony just for you. I sincerely view facilitating your wedding as a great honor and privilege and do so in humble service to you and your families.
I have served as Pastor of Care Ministries for two years at The Church in the Valley. The Church in the Valley is nestled in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, Ohio. The historic church was built in 1891 and offers a special feeling and amazing surroundings for those who attend. During my two years there we hosted 33 weddings.

A typical ceremony last about 30 minutes. It is filled with God and love as well as those personal moments I mentioned earlier. Other ceremonies can be included such as the Sand Ceremony, Unity Candle, Blessing of the Hands and God's Knot.
If I can be of service, if you would like more information or would like to discuss your needs and what we can do, please contact us at groundsforlove@gmail.com.
Thank you for your interest and God's richest blessings to you.
